Our Story

Kelowna Concrete Polishing Pros is a concrete floor crew based in Kelowna. We grind slabs, polish them, coat garages, seal exterior flatwork, and resurface floors that are ugly but still structurally sound.

Why the work looks the way it does

The Okanagan is hard on the wrong floor. July heat, January ice, road salt in the garage, and a lot of slabs that were power-troweled and then forgotten. A coating kit from a hardware store does not survive that. A polish that skipped two grits does not either. We would rather spend the day on diamonds and moisture readings than come back to peel something off.

Most of our floors are in Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, the Mission, Rutland, and Glenmore. We also run Vernon, Penticton, Summerland, and Peachland, and we book South Surrey when the project is big enough to do the trip properly.

What we will not pretend

We will not polish a patio and call it a good idea. We will not coat a damp slab because the colour was already picked. We will not invent a flatness number a grinder cannot deliver. If the slab needs a drain, a joint fill, or a section replaced, that is the conversation.
