We are based in Kelowna. Most weeks are spent on floors around the lake and up and down the valley. South Surrey is on the schedule when a polishing or coating job is large enough to justify the trip, and the slab is worth doing properly once we are there.
West Kelowna
A fast-growing community on the western shore of Okanagan Lake. Heavy residential construction and winery commercial floors are the primary calls we get from this region.
Lake Country
Rural residential, winery tasting rooms, and agricultural buildings. Concrete sealing and decorative overlays are the most common requests here.
Peachland
Compact community with a mix of lakefront residential builds and small commercial properties.
Vernon
Largest market north of Kelowna. Industrial facilities, retail, and a growing residential build market drive strong demand for polished and coated floors.
Penticton
South Okanagan's hub city. Winery, brewery, restaurant, and hospitality floors are a significant share of our Penticton work.
Summerland
Agricultural buildings, residential garages, and estate winery tasting rooms are the most common jobs in Summerland.
Rutland
Dense urban neighbourhood within Kelowna. High demand for residential garage coatings and condo/townhouse underground parkade resurfacing.
Mission (Kelowna)
Upscale residential neighbourhood. High-end home builders regularly specify polished concrete in new construction and renovation projects here.
Glenmore
Mix of residential estates and light industrial park. Garage coatings and small warehouse floors are common in this district.
South Kelowna
Affluent lakeshore residential area with significant new construction. Polished concrete feature floors in homes and outdoor concrete sealing are the top requests.
Osoyoos
Canada's warmest town. Resort and vacation property floors, winery tasting rooms, and residential garages on the benchland. Hot summers mean coating windows are early morning only in July and August.
Oliver
The Wine Capital of Canada. Winery production floors, tasting rooms, and agri-tourism builds make up a large share of the concrete work here. Residential garages and patio sealing round it out.
